As a Lead UX Service Designer, I focus on building transparent, predictable, and trustworthy experiences by identifying trust‑critical moments, mapping risk across decision flows, and shaping AI‑enabled service models that scale with integrity.

Before UX service design, I led digital marketing strategies across the travel and environmental sectors, delivering award‑winning initiatives and operational models that strengthened clarity, trust, and connection.

I’m a proud HBCU alumna of the illustrious Clark Atlanta University (CAU). My commitment to lifelong learning includes professional certificates in business innovation, risk management, AI governance, security and ethics, storytelling, and change management — all of which shape my approach to responsible, human‑centered technology.
